1. Promo period is from April 30 - June 15, 2025.

2. Customers are entitled to join the raffle and get a chance to win exciting prizes when they spend at least ₱750 in a single transaction in-store in all Ling Nam 1950, Ling Nam Express, and Ling Nam Noodle Bar stores nationwide.

3. Every additional ₱750 spent earns one (1) more raffle entry. 

4. For electronic raffle registration - Customers who have reached the minimum purchase requirement must register their details, information, and upload their receipt in the link provided below for verification purposes: https://forms.gle/SQDncWjeu9aqzomt6.

5. The deadline for submission of entries on the given link above is on June 15, 2025.

6. Determination of winners will be held on June 22, 2025, 9AM at Fruitas Building in the presence of a DTI representative.

7. Prizes are as follows:

   1. Grand Prize: M3 MacBook Air (1 winner)

   2. Second Prize: iPhone 16 (1 winner)

   3. Third Prize: AirPods Pro (2nd Generation) (1 winner)

   4. Consolation Prize 1: 1 Year Supply of Beef Wonton Noodles (5 winners)

   5. Consolation Prize 2: ₱1,000 Lingnam Gift Certificates (10 winners)

8. The prizes are not convertible and transferable to cash.

9. Winners shall be notified via email, snailmail and SMS provided in their entry forms. Their names will be posted on the Official Lingnam Facebook Page and Instagram Account.

10. A customer can only win once. Lingnam Food Inc., will have one (1) draw only for all prizes.

11. Winners may claim their prize at the Fruitas Building located at 3961 Ramon Magsaysay Blvd., Sta. Mesa, Manila, starting June 23, 2025.

12. To claim the prize, winner must present the following:

    1. Winners must present Two (2) valid IDs; and

    2. The official order receipt of the transaction they registered with.

13. If claiming through an authorized representative, the representative must present:

    1. An authorization letter bearing the signatures of the winner and the representative.

    2. Two (2) valid IDs each of the winner and the representative.

    3. The official order receipt of the transaction the winner registered with.

14. Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from the receipt of the registered winning notice. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after this period in favor of Lingnam Food, Inc. with prior approval of DTI.

15. Lingnam Food, Inc. shall shoulder the 20% tax beyond ten thousand pesos for the following prizes:

    1. Grand Prize: M3 MacBook Air (1 winner)

    2. Second Prize: iPhone 16 (1 winner)

    3. Third Prize: AirPods Pro (2nd Generation) (1 winner)

16. Front-End System:

    1. Customers will submit their entries through the Google Form provided in the link.

    2. Required information includes:

       1. Full name

       2. Contact details (mobile number and email)

       3. Residential Address

       4. Ling Nam branch the customer dined in

       5. Total bill amount

       6. Customer’s sales invoice number

    3. Upon successful submission, the customer will receive an automated confirmation message on the form, confirming that their entry has been recorded.

17. Back-End System:

    1. All data submitted through the form will be securely stored in a Google Sheets database accessible only to authorized personnel.

    2. Each entry will be assigned a unique identification code generated upon submission to track entries efficiently.

    3. Access to the database will be protected by two-factor authentication login measures to ensure data privacy and security.

18. Before the raffle draw, entries will be extracted and verified against the following criteria:

    1. Valid transaction details.

    2. No duplication of receipts or entries or fraudulent entries.

    3. Invalid entries will be automatically removed from the database before the draw.

19. Raffle Engine:

    1. The raffle draw will be conducted using a Google Sheets formula to ensure fairness and transparency.

    2. The formula will randomly select winners based on the unique entry code assigned to each qualified participant and the number of tickets each entry has.

    3. The draw will be witnessed by a DTI representative to certify its validity.

20. All employees of Lingnam Food, Inc. or others i.e. ad agency, merchants, etc. and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
